When it comes to rebates, if you had Prime at time of buying property that you were told you will get rebated, and by the end of next week you still don't get it, then you make support claim, more often than not they will just refund your money because it's easier way to clear out ticket count for them. When it comes to rebate and free property, you are not supposed to get those if you linked after it was announced (actually, if you linked 72h before it was announced even, because of how it works).
